Performance Analysis of Time Synchronization Schemes for Pseudolite with GPS Signals

In this paper, three methods were proposed for pseudolite time synchronization. And pseudolite time synchronization error model was analyzed for software based performance analysis about proposed time synchronization method. Proposed three time synchronization methods are pseudolite time synchronization station construction method, method by using UTC(KRIS) clock source and GPS timing receiver based time synchronization method. Also, error components of time synchronization methods were analyzed for performance analysis of proposed time synchronization method. Error component is consists of errors of pseudolite clock and reference clock, time delay as clock transmission line, measurement error of time interval counter and error as clock synchronization algorithm. Finally, clock error effects as each error component were analyzed.
