The DGPS RSIM system consists of reference station (RS), integrity monitor (IM), control station (CS). Reference station generates the correction information of position error. Functions of the integrity monitor (IM) are to generate and send flags to the reference station (RS) along with system feedback. Control station (CS) performs status monitoring and control of RS and IM. In this way, RSIM program is used in the Marine reference station on land for DGPS service. Marine reference station, is the total 17 sites currently, these monitors separately from the central office. And, in order to monitor the RSIM system, it is necessary to use a monitoring program that is independent from the central office, or direct observation of CS program from the Marine Reference Station. Therefore, for the efficient operation of DGPS, Remote CS(central office) which can monitor the Local CS (Marine Reference Station) is required. This paper presents a CS of two kinds. It is Local CS the role of the Marine Reference Station and Remote CS monitoring function has been enhanced. And it was verified that the operation of the DGPS system has been improved by applying an improved system.
