Implementation of GPS/BDS/GLONASS/Galileo Signal Reception Algorithm for Real-time SDR
Jong-Il Park, Kwi Woo Park, Chansik Park

GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Galileo were developed as the demand for precise location-based services increased. In this paper, the previously implemented SDR is expanded to Galileo E1 signal. The following 6 topics are considered. 1) To process 4msec Galileo E1 signal 2) Two types of subcarrier signal should be generated and multiplied to E1B code. 3) The search range should be expanded 4 times to find peak in the acquisition phase. 4) The chip spacing in the tracking phase should be narrowed. 5) The inclusion of Galileo E1 signal processing does not affect the operation of existing GPS L1 C/A, GLONASS L1 C/A and BDS B1I signal processing. 6) Real-time operation should be satisfied. By considering above issues, the SRC is implemented and evaluated with real GNSS signals. The performance of the implemented SDR is shown using the IP-QP constellation and the C/N0 value. The operation time is measured to show that real-time SDR is possible.
