A Study on the Operation Plan of GNSS Anti-Jamming Receiver
Jaekil Kim, Woosung Chung

Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) signals are vulnerable to deliverable interference signals of high level signal power because they are received at low level signal power than the receiver internal noise. Hence, much attention is being paid to the development of GNSS anti-jamming receivers. Particularly the anti-jamming scheme based on the array antenna are widely used as like Minimum Variance Distortionless Response (MVDR) and Power Minimization (PM). In this paper, we study two methods of anti-jamming operation, constant operation and adaptive operation. The constant anti-jamming operation is always operating the anti-jamming algorithm regardless of the presence of jamming signals. And, the adaptive anti-jamming operation is operating the anti-jamming algorithm through received signal power monitoring. We analyze two methods in terms of receiver complexity and receiver power operation.
