본 논문의 한국형 위성항법시스템(KPS) 개발에서 미터급 보정서비스를 위한 임무제어국 개발에 있어 미터급 보정메시지를 생성하기 위한 메시지 구조에 대한 규격에 대해 정리한 것이다. KPS 미터급 보정 서 비스를 제공하기 위하여 SBAS 시스템에서 정의한 메시지 구조와 동일한 구조를 고려하고 있으며, GPS 및 KPS 위성에 대한 보정정보를 생성하고 서비스 영역은 한반도 비행구역에 대한 서비스를 목표 하고 있 다. 이에 본 논문에서 미터급 보정메시지를 효율적으로 전송하기 위한 메시지 형식 및 구조를 PRN Mask와 IONO Mask 관점에서 정의하였다.

Specification of the Message Structure for the KPS Meter-Level Correction Service

This paper summarizes the specifications of the message structure for generating meter-level correction messages in the development of the Mission Control Station for the Korean Positioning System (KPS). To provide meter-level correction services for KPS, the message structure defined in the Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS) is adopted, enabling the generation of correction information for both GPS and KPS satellites, with the service area targeting the Korean Flight Information Region. Accordingly, this study defines the message format and structure for efficient transmission of meter-level correction messages from the perspectives of the PRN Mask and the IONO Mask.
