A Study on the Sliding Window Application Method according to Route History for ANN based Positioning Techniques in Indoor Radio Navigation Denied Area
Jae-Hee Seo, Sebum Chun, Moon-Beom Heo

When positioning using based RF distance measure, it needs to more than three of LOS anchors. But it is difficult to have more than three of LOS anchors in the indoor area of the hallways and the corners. So radio navigation denied area happens frequently and it is the reason for the multi modal solution. Previously, we studied a positioning techniques to solve this problem based on artificial neural networks learning user travel pattern. However, the performance depends on how to use the route history. In this paper the method used not the existing time sliding window but the sliding window considering the actual route. This study presents the positioning techniques can offer the stable performance in a variety of route situations by applying this method.
